ACS puts a great deal of focus on doing it right every time and on time. We have a system where we work as a team to make sure every clients business is maintained on a timely basis as required. We have emergency service providers that can fulfill the required cleaning service, in the rare case that the usual employee is unavailable due to an emergency.

Effective Communication
ACS deems it a necessity to have a great deal of communication with the client in order to provide quality service to the facility as things change. Also in order to work with the client and see how things could be done differently to bring the facility as close as possible to perfection.

Consistency
We want your continued service. Best way of putting it period. We use our four performances and our experience of the cleaning solutions field to maintain our client's facility in a better shape then imaginable. We also provide a, "give it a shine" day for high volume facilities, where ACS brings in extra employees to the facility to basically make the place extra shiny. "Give it a shine" allow daily service to go though with ease.

Security
ACS works with the client to prepare a secure entrance and exit everyday the facility is serviced. ACS believes in double checking before exiting. All our service providers are trained to make sure that all alarm systems are turned on and all interior and exterior doors that need closing are locked. There have been no incidents of security breaks in our service to our valued customers. To further address security concerns of our clients, your facility is serviced by a group of workers, of which one is a supervisor that has minimum of 2 years of experience with us. We are also proud of the fact that there has never been an incident of any type or shape of theft.

Safety
Janitorial workers are susceptible to a variety of dangers such as physical hazards, chemical hazards, and infectious agents generally present in the workplace. Advantage Cleaning Service provides the best knowledge and outline to our workers to prevent such injuries. All workers go through our Safety Training Program and are provided with Safety Manuals and a MSDS booklet for the chemicals that we use, so that we may lower the chances of injuries. We don't stop there though; ACS also takes further steps towards hazard prevention by reducing chemical use, and using the healthiest, most effective chemicals.
